Once you’ve signed your training agreement, one of our crew members will reach out to process course payment. We look forward to welcoming you to 1SPA!

If you are applying for an FAA ATP license or adding any Type Rating to your current CPL or ATP license, you must open an IACRA account and begin a new application. Please, add all information as required, review everything, and submit it. On the other hand, to affiliate your account with our Academy, we will need you to send us the IACRA FTN that you will receive from them when you open your account. Please, note that the FTN number could be required for your check ride, so be ready to provide this number to our TCE. If you are completing an ATP CTP course you must register an IACRA account
COMPLETE IACRA
STEP 5
If you do not hold an FAA CPL with multi-engine and instrument rating, and you are applying for an FAA type rating course, you must request an FAA Verification Letter. Please ensure to meet the requirement before submitting the request. Also, please note that your pilot license and any type rating must be current when submitting the request and cannot expired before finishing your course. We recommend starting this request to the FAA ASAP as may take time for then to send you the verification letter.
This document is required to begin your training.
VERIFICATION LETTER

If you are enrolled on a Home Study Initial program, you will be required to complete all modules and a minimum of 40
- If you are enrolled on a Home Study Upgrade (Prior Experience) program, you must complete all modules and a minimum of 16.
You will receive an email from CPAT requesting you to change your password. This platform is where you will complete the 40 hours of initial study at home or the 16 hours of prior experience training. Follow the instructions in the email to complete your registration and start your online Training. At the end of each session, there is a test where you will evaluate your knowledge acquired from each lesson.
Please, ensure to finish this requirement before starting training. Otherwise, you will not be allowed until you reach the pending subjects/ hours.
CBT ENROLLMENT

One of our representatives will send you an email soon with login information for your video training account. Once logged in you will have access to a 20+ Hour video library that has all the information needed to have success in your training! These video will aid you greatly in passing your oral & checkride.
VIDEO ACCOUNT

Our scheduling department will send you a tentative training schedule for you to review and approve.
